Upper Respiratory Steam
Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.
Add 2 tbsp of salt blend and an orange slice.
Bring to boil.
Pour into small bowl.
Add 1- 2 drops of essential oil.
Cover head with towel and with face 5" away from bowl, deeply inhale and keep calm.
Bath Tea
Steep 1/4 cup of salt blend in hot water for 10 mins. Strain, add 1-2 drops of essential oil and pour into your bath water. Immerse yourself for a regenerating bath.
